• Participation in and/or preparation of materials for key leadership or donor meetings;
• Counsel on approaches to key funding prospects or donor-related groups;
• Assistance in preparing complex proposals, briefings and other fundraising materials;

• Identification of or collaboration with consultants who might work with the client in related areas (strategic planning, recruitment, etc.) to ensure an integrated effort and maximum value to the client; and
• Evaluation of and recommendations  for systems (databases) and processes to support an integrated, efficient development function.
